Lab Testing, In Detail
When your doctor recommends a test, the request is written into your consultation. There is no paper slip to carry and nothing to copy out — the lab sees exactly what was asked for.
Compare verified partner labs near you by distance, price and patient rating. Prices are shown in XAF before you book, so there are no surprises at the counter.
Pick a time that fits your day. If that time stops working on their side, they reschedule with you to a day and time that suits you both — instead of simply not being there when you arrive. Your request travels with the booking, so you walk in, show your booking code, and you are done.
At the lab, your sample is matched to your booking rather than to a handwritten form — fewer mix-ups, no repeated paperwork.
Results are released into the app and sent to the doctor who requested them at the same moment. If something needs follow-up, your doctor already has it.

Before You Book
Yes. Your request works at any verified partner lab, so you can pick the one closest to home or work, or the one with the earliest slot.
You and the doctor who requested the test. Sharing them with anyone else — another doctor, for example — is your choice, made in the app.
The pharmacy has to confirm your order before preparing it. If it can't, you're notified straight away and can re-order from the next pharmacy with stock — your prescription stays attached.
Checkout supports MTN Mobile Money and Orange Money. If your insurance is linked, your receipt can be sent to your insurer for reimbursement.
Only for prescription medicines. Everyday products a pharmacy can sell over the counter can be ordered without one.
