On Pharmacompare, “verified” is not a badge a partner buys. It means our team reviewed them before they could accept a single booking. Here is what that review covers for each kind of partner.
Doctors
We check a doctor’s medical licence, specialization and identity before they can appear in any search. Patients can then see that specialization and leave feedback after each consultation.
Pharmacies
Pharmacies are reviewed for their licence, their premises and their stock, so that the prices and availability shown in the app reflect what is actually on the shelf.
Laboratories
Labs are reviewed for accreditation and typical turnaround times, so results reach patients and the doctors who requested them reliably.
Insurers
Insurance partners are reviewed for their registration and their claims process, so that receipts submitted through the app reach the right provider in the right format.
After a partner joins
Partners are expected to keep their information current — stock, hours, availability — and patient feedback stays visible. Verification is where trust starts, not where it ends.
This article is general information, not medical advice. For anything specific to you, talk to a doctor — and in an emergency, go straight to the nearest emergency service.
